Can you come and survey our space? Is that free?
Absolutely. We start with a phone conversation to understand your requirements and timelines. If we believe that Crossover can deliver an excellent solution that will delight you, and we have the capacity to design & deliver the project within your stated timelines, then we’ll typically request some photos of your space and schedule a site survey during the design phase. All of this is provided at no cost to your organisation and without any commitment.
Do you offer a ‘one stop shop’ for all our AV needs?
Yes. We begin by working with you to establish your needs and then handle the complete AV design, pricing, and proposal process—without cost or obligation. Should you choose Crossover, we’ll supply, deliver, install, calibrate, test, and hand over the final system. We also provide friendly, hands-on end-user training and what we think may be the UK’s best ongoing post-install AV support.
Can you integrate AV with our existing IT infrastructure and collaboration tools?
Absolutely. We have extensive expertise in seamlessly integrating AV with a variety of IT systems and collaboration platforms.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes, we do. Whether it’s for a full Crossover project, servicing an existing site, or even a one-off call for an AV technician to diagnose and fix an issue, we’re here to help. We offer service contracts that are tailored to meet your organisation’s specific needs.
What is your typical project timeline?
Following our consultation, the design, pricing, and proposal phase generally takes between 3 days and 2 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity and how long our existing queue of design work is. From receiving a confirmed order, our installation team can typically start on site in as little as two weeks— but it’s usually a minimum of three weeks’ lead-in. Of course, timelines may vary depending on our availability and product lead times. (For instance, we recently successfully completed a project that began development three years ago.)
What budget range do you typically work with?
Our projects usually range from £20,000 to £2 million.
Can you provide case studies or references from similar office AV projects?

We’ve got some really acoustically-problematic rooms that are echoey, and the videoconferencing systems we have are terrible. Can you help
Yes. We specialise in room acoustics and take a holistic approach to our work. Whether you need improvements for a boardroom’s videoconferencing setup or a tech solution for hybrid All Hands meetings, we’ll assess and address the acoustics thoroughly—not just install the same technology and then blame the room’s acoustics when it doesn’t really work.
We’ve got a digital signage/videowall project. Can you help?
Yes, we can! We have extensive experience in delivering digital signage and videowalls that captivate and engage your audience, and are easy for your staff to update.
Do you provide AV Events Technicians?
It depends! We’re not an AV Events company, but we do frequently provide AV technicians for our clients’ events. This can be on an ad-hoc basis, or as part of an Events Support Agreement which brings a lot of benefits. We’d be happy to talk you through either option.
